5. What is the cost of developing a new stamping mold?
Typical fees range between $6000 and $60000 for the new product development. This can vary depending on the complexity and requirements of the project. With the hope to help innovators speed up their product launch, Tooling cost fully refund when reaching contract quantity.
6. What customizations does MicPro Precision offer?

7. What tool&die options do you have?
We have the precision progressive dies, deep drawing dies, compound dies and we can match the stamping mold by your request and order volume.
8. What kind of drawing format you accept for quote?
Our engineer are work with software like CAD, Solidworks and Pro-E, we can accept the drawing format as PDF, DWG, .STP, .STEP, .IGS etc.
9. What materials can be stamped?
MicPro possesses a broad range of material capabilities but some of our most common orders include steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, nickel, and aluminum. Our tooling can also stamp specialty metals such as lead, Inconel, and Kovar.
10. Do you offer any secondary services?
In addition to several core stamping techniques, MicPro Precision offers secondary finishing services such as heat treatment, powder coating, stress relieving, and plating to match each customer’s exact specifications and application requirements.
